Our support workers, care and nursing staff are well-trained, carefully vetted and thoroughly assessed, to ensure our high standards are always maintained. Our meticulous recruitment procedure includes a formal interview, personal and professional reference confirmation, an enhanced DBS check as well as professional qualifications. We confirm any training already received and verify certification.  We also recruit office staff, teachers and teaching assistants.

Care staff are also continuously assessed and provided with on-going training to ensure skills and working practices are kept up-to-date.

We aim to offer high quality care from our well-trained, carefully vetted and thoroughly assessed staff by;

  • Arranging a visit to your company where possible as this gives a better understanding of your requirements, the working environment and personable qualities required.
  • Ensure that we have all details of the job and person specification etc.
  • Ensure that you have all of our details and agree rates and terms of business.
  • Contact suitable candidates and put out advertisements to ensure that the largest capture of candidates is obtained. Send through the top candidates that we have selected for the post.
  • Screening, filtering and interviewing of potential candidates (keeping you posted on progression of sourcing the right people)
  • Liaise with you in regards to our selection and arrange any interviews requested.
  • Pre-interview brief the candidates selected, ensuring they have all company information, job details.
  • Avail candidate information appointed candidate personal details (where required)
  • Follow up and ensure that the appointed candidate has settled in and that both parties agree. Obtain feedback throughout.
