Live-in and Domiciliary Care

Whether you’re making a first, tentative enquiry about the possibility of care, are looking for a new care provider, we can help you. Just contact us to discuss your requirements.  A visit with an Assessor will then be booked for a time that’s convenient for you. Our friendly and professional assessors are highly experienced in tailoring care services to your needs, and are more than happy to discuss any concerns you have.

Classic Resources assists service users to live as independently as possible in their own homes and enable them to live independent and interesting lifestyles as possible. We provide support to individuals of all ages and abilities to enable them to continue to enjoy the benefits of living independently, whilst pursuing fulfilling and rewarding lives. All the options available to you will be discussed and we discuss about how we work so that you can understand how our local branch and experienced teams will deliver your care.  Once your care plan is agreed, we will arrange regular reviews with you to ensure that your needs continue to be met and address any changes in your requirements or preferences.

We respect the intrinsic worth, dignity, and individuality of the person and his/her racial and ethnic identity, and cultural heritage. We offer privacy from unnecessary intrusion, and the preservation and safeguarding of confidentiality.

The service has been specifically designed around service users who require support with personal care, whilst living alone because of age related impairments or physical, mental, or visual disabilities but who do not require nursing home care or institutional care by assessing holistic needs for individual requirements by face-to-face meetings.

Classic Resources considers specific personal care needs and personal budgets by;

  • Assessing individual requirements by face to face meetings and offering support infrastructure to ensure a swift response to changes.
  • Working around service users’ not internal systems and processes by working around service users’ holistic needs.
  • Developing a personalised care plan with the service users’ requirements and offer bespoke diversity program to meet religious and cultural requirements.
  • Matching local area workers who are familiar with local services in order to provide the quality and continuity of care that you would expect. Also provide flexibility in the delivery of the care plan and match the support worker to the service users
  • Providing activity programs to cater for all service users’ interests.
  • Providing value for money so you get more support for your budget and offer one or more visits a day depending on needs.
  • Providing regular update to families and local authorities.

Our approach focuses on your individual rights, service-user empowerment, your right to control your own lives, and improved quality of services created by providing choice. The continued focus on personalisation of care recognises that our clients are experts in their own lives and therefore best placed to make choices for themselves. Classic Resources makes it easy for service users to continue to enjoy hobbies and interest and fulfil their lives completely while delivering the support that they require.

Many of our customers have complex needs, some have disabilities as well as other on-going health concerns and this can make living at home particularly challenging.  We provide nurse-led complex healthcare in the home - work closely with the children and adults in their care to enable them to lead full and independent lives.
